Jaclyn is a paralegal in Aptt Law's estate planning, business law, and real estate practices. She has been a paralegal since 2014.
Jaclyn is knowledgeable in procedure in all state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, state agencies, and arbitration proceedings. She has extensive experience performing real estate closings, drafting real estate closing and loan documents, and drafting complex contracts and business resolutions, as well assisting in complex civil litigation cases, and employment disputes. She has also been appointed as Trustee for a complex estate plan involving multiple businesses and properties.
Jaclyn plays a crucial role in the Firm's due diligence practices, gathering and analyzing documents and information for real estate transactions, estate planning, and contract negotiation. Additionally, she is involved in document preparation and general administrative support. As the liaison between the attorney, clients, and other involved parties, Jaclyn ensures smooth communication throughout the entirety of your legal representation with Aptt Law.
Jaclyn graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University.
